Telecommunications Appeal Board

Terms of Reference

To review certain decisions of the Communications Authority (CA) under the Telecommunications Ordinance (TO) (Cap. 106). The Appeal Board shall determine appeals by upholding, varying or quashing the relevant decisions of the CA and make consequential orders (section 32O(4) of TO).
